Treni ya abiria imepata ajali mbaya.

Treni ya abiria iliyokuwa ikisafiri kutoka Tabora kwenda Kigoma imeanguka mchana huu kati ya stesheni ya Malagarasi na Uvinza, Kamanda wa Polisi Mkoa wa Kigoma Ferdinand Mtui amethibitisha. Hadi sasa hakuna kifo kilichothibitishwa wala idadi ya majeruhi, kamanda huyo ameahidi kutoa taarifa zaidi baadaye baada ya kufika eneo la tukio.

Kwa mujibu wa shuhuda wetu wa kulunzifikra blog ajali hiyo imetokea mchana huu Februari 28, 2018, baada ya mabehewa mawili ya mbele na kichwa chake kuacha njia na kuanguka.

Introduction. Pre-colonial Period Administration of justice during this time depended heavily on the social economic and political organization of the society in Tanganyika. Two systems of administration of justice namely; The Centralized and the Non-Centralized systems could be identified at the time.
