Shouting Heard After White House Press Briefing Opposing Views 16 May. 11:00 Tensions at the White House are seemingly at an all time high, as journalists reported hearing shouting from staffers after a short press briefing. Reporters at the White House said they could hear what sounded like shouting coming from the Cabinet Room where Press Secretary Sean Spicer, chief White House counsel Steve Bannon, Deputy White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and White House Communications Director Mike Dubke convened following a press briefing, BuzzFeed News reported. Tambua Vitu Nane Vinavyoharibu Ubongo Wa Binadamu

Je wajua kuwa kuna vitu nane vinavyoharibu uwezo wa ubongo wa binadamu? Je kuna mda unajisikia kama ubongo wako umeumia au umeboreka?  Kama umejikuta ukiwa katika hali hii na ukaona kuna vitu vingine vya muhimu huvikumbuki kwa urahisi zaidi tena ambavyo umevifanya wewe mwenyewe ujue tayari umeshaanza kupata tatizo la mtindio wa ubongo. Tatizo hili linasababishwa na mambo ambayo tunayafanya kila siku ndio yanayouharibu uwezo wa ubongo wetu. Je wazijua aina kumi na saba za vyakula zinazopunguza sumu mwilini?

Kuna mahusiano makubwa sana kati ya miili yetu na ubongo au mfumo wa fahamu. Jinsi mwili ulivyo na unavyofanya kazi ni kwa sababu tu ya ishara za ubongo wetu kufanya kazi. Na ili ubongo ufanye kazi yake vizuri ni lazima tuwe na afya bora, maisha ya afya sio tu kwa afya ya mwonekano bali pia katika afya ya ubongo. Na hii inawezekana kwa kuwa mbali na vitu au vyanzo vya sumu na miale mbalimbali lakini pia na uchafu ambao huifanya miili ichoke tu pasipo sababu na kujisikia kukerwa sana.  Kuna vyakula vingi vya kuleta afya na vyakula hivyo vipo katika mazingira yetu tunayoishi, vyakula hivyo hufanya kazi ya kupunguza sumu na kumaliza kabisa sumu mwilini. Tangawizi (Ginger) Tangawizi inatumika hasa kwenye chakula na dawa tangu miongo mingi iliyopita na bado inaaminiwa ni moja ya kiuongo chenye faida au mzizi bora wenye faida kwenye mwili wa biladamu.
