kumekuwa na changamoto nyingi katika miili yetu hasa katika mifumo ya mzunguko wa damu na utolewaji wa homoni,

Kutokana na mifumo ya ulaji, maisha na jinsi ya shughuli zetu za kila siku hivyo miili yetu inakosa uwezo wa kuyeyusha mafuta mabaya.

Kutokana na changanoto hizo ya ulaji na kutofanya mazoezi ili kuruhusu kuondoa mafuta mabaya yaani cholestrol. Mafuta haya huganda ndani ya mishipa ya damu itokayo kwenye moyo kuelekea sehemu zote za mwili,

Mishipa hii ikizongwa na mafuta mabaya huathiri utendaji wa moyo,

Huzuia seli nyekundu za damu ambazo huchukuliwa katika na kusafirishwa kupitia mirija hiyo

-Kuyeyusha mafuta mabaya katika mishipa ya damu ili kuruhusu mzunguko wa damu kuwa mzuri. Hivyo kusaidia kuepuka au kupunguza changamoto ya kupasuka kwa mishipa ya damu au fahamu (stroke and heart attack)

-Kubalance homoni za kike na kiume ili kusaidia  utendaji kazi wa mfumo wa  uzazi mfano; mzunguko wa hedhi na uzalishwaji wa mbegu za kiume,

-Kusaidia seli za macho, ubongo na moyo ili kuratibu uonani sawia, kutunza kumbukumbu na uzalishaji hemoglobin.
