UJUE UGONJWA WA
(hemorrhoid) kuota kinyama sehemu ya haja kubwa.

Maada hii ni muhimu sana maana ni tatizo linalowatesa watu wengi ungana nami hapa uweze kupata elimu pia .
Bawasirini (kuota kinyama sehemu ya haja kubwa) ni uvimbe wa mishipa ya damu kwenye njia ya haja kubwa. Huonekana kutuna au kujaa kama jipu karibu na unyeo. Inaweza kutoa muwasho, hisia ya kuungua, au maumivu; hasa wakati wa kujisaidia. Wakati mwingine bawasiri hupasuka na kutoa damu kidogo nyekundu inayong’aa kwenye kinyesi.
Bawasiri ni tatizo la kawaida wakati wa ujauzito na miongoni mwa watu wanaokaa au kubeba mizigo mikubwa kutwa nzima, lakini kila mtu anaweza kuupata. Maumivu kutokana na bawasiri huzidi zaidi mgonjwa anapokuwa na tatizo la choo kigumu, kwa sababu kukitoa choo kigumu hulazimisha mishipa kwenye njia ya haja kubwa kupanuka zaidi.

1 Aina inayotembea (Yaani ikitoka ndani na kurudi)
2 Aina inayosimama

VISABABISHI VYA BAWASIRI (KUOTA KINYAMA SEHEMU YA HAJA KUBWA)
Kisababishi kamili cha bawasiri hakijulikani. Baadhi ya vipengele vichangiapo ni pamoja na: Mazoea ya utumbo yasiyojirudia (kufungika kwa choo au kuhara), ukosefu wa mazoezi, visababishi vya lishe (chakula kilicho na kiwango cha chini cha faiba), ongezeko la shinikizo la ndani la fumbatio (uchovu unaoendelea kwa muda, asitisi, ukubwa wa ndani wa fumbatio, au ujauzito), jenetiki, kutokuwepo kwa vali katika vena ya hemoroidi, na kuongezeka kwa umri.
Visababishi vingine vinayoaminiwa kuongeza hatari ni pamoja na unene, kuketi chini kwa muda mrefu,[2] kikohozi kinachoendelea kwa muda na sakafu ya pelvisi kutofanya kazi.

JINSI YA KUEPUKANA NA HILI TATIZO LA BAWASIRI
•Epuka tatizo la ugumu wa choo na bawasiri kwa kujenga tabia ya kunywa maji mengi, kula matunda kwa wingi na nafaka nzimanzima ambazo hazijasindikwa.
•Baadhi ya juisi kutokana na mimea chungu ikipakwa kwenye bawasiri husaidia uvimbe kunywea.
•Kaa kwenye benseni au bafu yenye maji vuguvugu kusafisha bawasiri na kupunguza maumivu.   
•Usifute unyeo kwa kutumia mabunzi, gazeti, au vifaa vingine visivyo laini.
•Badala yake, tumia karatasi maalum ya kutawazia (toilet paper) au chombo cha maji kwa ajili ya kusafisha unyeo baada ya kujisaidia.
