TIBA ZA ASILI KWA KIKOHOZI

🌸🌻AJINSI YA KUTIBU KIKOHOZI KWA NJIA ZA ASILI.
Kama umekuwa ni miomgoni mwa watu ambao wamekuwa wakisumbuliwa na kikohozi kwa muda mrefu anaweza kutumia vitu vifuaravyo ili uweze kupona kabisa,

1. Tangawizi
Tangawizi ni moja ya dawa maarufu kwa kutibu kikohozi.
Tengeneza chai ukitumia tangawizi mbichi na ndani yake utumie asali na siyo sukari kwenye hii chai yako. Kunywa kikombe kimoja kutwa mara 3 kila siku mpaka umepona.
Angalizo usitumie dawa hii kama una ujauzito mchanga chini ya miezi minne na hata ukiwa na ujauzito zaidi ya miezi minne basi tumia kikombe kimoja tu kwa siku.
Unaweza pia kutengeneza juisi ya tangawizi freshi ukiongeza parachichi ndani yake na unywe kwa mtindo huo huo wa chai hapo juu.

2. Limau
Limau inaweza kutumika kwa namna nyingi katika kutibu kikohozi. Limau zina sifa za kuondoa maambukizi na pia limau lina vitamini mhimu ambayo hupigana na maambukizi na kukuongezea kinga ya mwili vitamini mhimu sana vitamini C.

Changanya vijiko vikubwa viwili vya maji maji ya limau na kijiko kikubwa kimoja cha asali mbichi na unywe mchanganyiko huu mara 2 kwa siku kwa siku kadhaa.

3. Kitunguu swaumu
Kitunguu swaumu kina sifa ya kuua bakteria na virusi mwilini sifa ambayo inakifanya kuwa dawa bora ya kutibu kikohozi.

Menya punje 6 za kitunguu swaumu, kata vipande vidogo vidogo (chop) na uchanganye kwenye kikombe kimoja (robo lita) cha asali na uuache mchanganyiko huu kwa usiku mzima.
Kuanzia kesho yake asubuhi chukua kijiko kidogo kimoja cha mchanganyiko huu na ulambe mara 2 kwa siku mpaka upone.
 

4. Kitunguu maji
Moja ya dawa nyingine rahisi ya kutibu kikohozi ni kitunguu maji. Unaweza kunusa tu mara kadhaa harufu ya kitunguu na ukaona mabadiliko.

Changanya kijiko kidogo kimoja cha juisi ya kitunguu maji na kijiko kidogo kimoja cha asali mbichi na unywe mara 2 kwa siku mchanganyiko huu kwa siku kadhaa.
 

5. Maziwa ya moto na asali.
Maziwa ya moto na asali vinaweza kusaidia kutibu kikohozi kikavu na kupunguza maumivu ya kifua ambayo hutokeo kama matokeo ya kukohoa mfululizo kwa kipindi kirefu.

Kwa matokeo mazuri kunywa dawa hii kabla ya kwenda kulala. Changanya kijiko kikubwa kimoja cha asali mbichi ndani ya nusu kikombe (ml 125) cha maziwa ya moto na unywe kabla ya kwenda kulala kila siku, Hii itasaidia kusafisha na kulainisha koo lako haraka.

6. Zabibu
Zabibu zinazo kazi na sifa kuu ya kuondoa makohozi na uchafu mwingine kwenye mfumo wako wa upumuwaji wa mwili. Kadri unavyoondoa haya makohozi kwenye mfumo wako ndivyo unavyopona kwa haraka kikohozi.

Unaweza kula tu zabibu kadhaa kila siku au tengeneza juisi freshi ya zabibu na unywe kikombe kimoja kutwa mara 2 kwa siku kadhaa mpaka umepona.
